The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Acquisition and Grants Management (OAGM), intends to award a contract for Part A & Part B (A/B) Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) to provide specified health insurance benefit administration services, including Medicare claims processing and payment services, in support of the Medicare Program (also known as Medicare Fee-for-Service or FFS) for Jurisdiction K (JK). Jurisdiction K encompasses the states of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
