FDA Scientific & Regulatory Support Services(SRS)
The FDA issued a Sources Sought Notice for market research on potential qualified vendors, including 8(a) firms, capable of providing multidisciplinary scientific and regulatory professional services across FDA Centers and Offices. The agency is contemplating an IDIQ for Scientific and Regulatory Support Services covering areas such as scientific research, regulatory review, clinical and non-clinical analyses, epidemiology and surveillance, data interpretation, laboratory activities, technical writing, training, and program coordination. The anticipated period of performance is a 5-year ordering period. Respondents are asked to provide company and business-status information, indicate whether they would participate as prime contractor, joint venture, or subcontractor, answer the notice questions, and submit the Vendor Feedback Form; comments on the draft Statement of Work are also invited. This is not a solicitation, no proposals are being requested, and the government is not obligated to award a contract.
