The FDA seeks proposals for a single IDIQ contract to provide ThinkTrends software implementation, integration, enhancement, maintenance, licensing support, and sustainment across FDA operations. The scope includes data migration and engineering, AI/ML and MLOps, RPA, analytics, document digitization, security and compliance, Agile program management, training, and transition support through task orders. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541511 (Custom Computer Programming Services) with a $34 million average annual receipts size standard. Work will support FDA’s existing ThinkTrends environment, including FAERS, Site Selection Tools, and BEST, and the contractor must obtain and maintain any necessary third-party licenses, permissions, access, and authorizations.
