FOOD APPLICATIONS REGULATORY MANAGEMENT (FARM) & IT INTERFACTING SYSTEMS IDIQ
The FDA’s Human Foods Program (HFP) is establishing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle for operations, maintenance, and IT development services. The work supports the Office of Food Chemical Safety, Dietary Supplements and Innovation (OFCSDSI) in its regulatory oversight mission. The contractor will maintain and develop multiple integrated IT systems, including FARM, CERES, TRAM, STARI, and WILEE, which provide data access, visualization, and system integration capabilities. Offerors must demonstrate the ability to operate in a complex, multi-system environment where IT solutions directly support critical regulatory functions. The selected contractor will need to adapt to varying program area needs while ensuring system reliability and supporting the FDA’s public health mission.
