The Human Foods Program (HFP) ensures U.S. food safety and nutrition through science-based oversight, with the Office of Food Chemical Safety, Dietary Supplements and Innovation (OFCSDSI) managing multiple integrated IT systems. These systems—including FARM, CERES, TRAM, STARI, and WILEE—support regulatory assessment of food chemicals and dietary supplements. The contract is an ID/IQ vehicle for operations, maintenance, and IT development services to support these program areas. Offerors must demonstrate capability in a complex, multi-system environment where IT solutions directly enable critical regulatory functions. The contractor will adapt to varying program needs while maintaining system reliability and supporting FDA's public health mission.
