FDA Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, and Training (OSIST) IDIQ
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking a single-award IDIQ contract for enterprise-wide Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Information Systems, and Training (OSIST) support services. The contract has a five-year ordering period with a maximum ceiling of $14,500,000, and the initial task order covers BSL-3 laboratory re-verification and decontamination services. Services will be performed across FDA headquarters and nationwide laboratory and field facilities. The procurement uses a Best-Value Tradeoff process where non-price factors are significantly more important than price. Offerors must submit proposals electronically, with the proposal due date remaining unchanged from the original solicitation.
