The FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine requires one Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo System or equal, including all components needed for a fully functional setup, to support its semicarbazide alternative marker project. The system must be compatible with the government-owned Thermo Fisher Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer and its ion-source interface. The contract includes a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty and two days of on-site LC support for installation and implementation. Delivery is required within six weeks after receipt of order to Laurel, Maryland. Award will be based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable approach.
