The contractor must supply and install a load cell transducer system compatible with the Government-owned MTS Mini-Bionix 858 system, including removal of the existing unit, fabrication of interface plates, and all necessary hardware and accessories. The transducer must measure ±22,000N in tension/compression and ±200Nm in torsion, and work with existing MTS controllers and data acquisition without replacing the system. On-site calibration is required per ASTM E4-21 and ASTM E2624-17, with NIST-traceable certificates. A minimum 12-month warranty covering parts, labor, travel, and technical support begins after final Government acceptance. Equivalent products meeting all salient characteristics and interoperability requirements will be considered.
