Port Linear Smoking Machine
The FDA requires a service agreement and qualification service for one Cerulean SM450i Linear Cigarette Smoking Machine supporting the Tobacco Products Laboratory. The contractor must provide preventative maintenance, unlimited on-site service visits, repairs/replacements with factory-certified parts, software updates, and OQ/IPV qualification, with response times including 72 hours for repairs and 2 business days for service calls, performed by Cerulean-trained/certified engineers. Services will be performed primarily on-site at the FDA Tobacco Products Laboratory, 1777 Hardee Ave. SW, Atlanta, GA 30310, during normal weekday hours. The period of performance is a 1-year base period plus four 1-year option periods for maintenance and qualification services. Documentation of PM, calibrations, performance runs, and field service reports is required, and all labor, replacement parts, and components (excluding consumables) must be warranted.
