Rapid Nicotine Pouch Data Analysis Services
FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products seeks a contractor to provide rapid sentinel surveillance reports on ENDS and nicotine pouch use among youth and young adults, including overall use, purchase sources, and top and emerging brands. The contractor will deliver 12 monthly reports per year from an existing online continuous tracking survey, 2 reports per year from a nationally representative longitudinal cohort study, and 2 ad hoc topic-specific reports per year, plus a kickoff meeting and monthly/quarterly status meetings. Reports must generally be delivered within 30 days after the relevant data collection or month-end and include detailed methodology, key findings, technical appendices, and PowerPoint slides. The base period is expected to be 12 months, followed by four 12-month option years, for a total contract duration of 60 months from contract execution. All task work is expected to be performed at the contractor’s own place of business, with meetings held via teleconference or video conference and a kickoff meeting after award via teleconference.
