The FDA’s National Forensic Chemistry Center requires service agreements for Griffin G510 and G510x portable GC-MS instruments used in drug-of-abuse detection. The contractor must provide OEM-trained technical support, at least one annual preventative maintenance service per instrument, repairs, factory-certified replacement parts, and shipment back to the manufacturer with a maximum 72-hour response when remote support cannot resolve issues. Services are performed on-site at FDA laboratories in Chicago, Cincinnati, Jamaica NY, Torrance CA, and Miami FL, or at the manufacturer’s facility. Deliverables cover quantities of G510 and G510x service agreements across a base year and three option years, with service and monthly activity reports required. The anticipated period of performance is 9/1/2026–8/31/2027 for the base period, with option years extending through 8/31/2030 on an estimated basis.
