The FDA requires one turnkey single-axis linear motion calibration system for laboratory calibration, verification, and validation testing. The system must generate programmable arbitrary motion profiles and include integrated position and acceleration sensors, closed-loop control, safety features, factory calibration and testing, calibration certificates, and software compatible with MATLAB and/or Python. It must be fully assembled, factory-tested, and factory-calibrated prior to shipment, with user installation limited to unpacking, cable connection, and software setup. All supplies must comply with the specifications in Attachment 1 – Requirements. No budget, performance location, or non-submission timelines are specified in the description.
