The FDA’s Center for Devices and Radiological Health seeks to purchase one commercial Electrosurgical Unit (ESU) with all required accessories for use in laboratory experiments, test method development, and verification activities. The system must include a touchscreen interface, real-time tissue impedance monitoring, output frequency between 400 kHz and 500 kHz, and support monopolar, bipolar, and vessel-sealing modes. The acquisition includes all necessary accessories, user and technical documentation, and a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
