The FDA requires a contractor to procure and deliver 2,200 units of seasonal influenza vaccine for the 2026–2027 season to support its Occupational Health Services. Deliveries must be made to the White Oak Campus in Silver Spring, MD, and the Jefferson Laboratories Campus in Jefferson, AR. The order includes 2,000 doses for adults under 65 and 200 doses for adults 65 and older, all in single-dose pre-filled syringes. Vaccines must be FDA-approved and handled per CDC cold chain requirements. The contractor is responsible only for procurement and delivery, as on-site storage, tracking, staffing, logistics, and recordkeeping are excluded.
