Automated Media Preparation Instrument for Dissolution Testing
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration requires the purchase, delivery, installation, training, and warranty support of one Automated Media Preparation Instrument for Dissolution Testing at its Irvine, California laboratory. The instrument must automate media preparation with heating, degassing, and dispensing capabilities, and be compatible with standard U.S. electrical service. The contractor must provide a fully operational system, including installation by an OEM-trained engineer, operator training for two users, and a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Delivery is required within 60 days after contract award, with installation completed no later than 30 days after delivery. Final government acceptance follows successful delivery, installation, verification, and training completion.
