The FDA’s Center for Veterinary Medicine requires one automated robotic liquid handling system for DNA shearing and AMPure bead cleanup in long-read sequencing. The system must process up to 96 samples in a 96-well plate format and be interoperable with existing PacBio Sequel IIe equipment. Delivery, installation, verification, training for two users, consumables for 200 samples, and a 12-month warranty are included. Performance of services will be at the FDA CVM laboratory in Laurel, Maryland. Delivery is required within 60 days of award.
