Vanquish Neo System and Ion Chromatography system
FDA seeks quotations for two laboratory chromatography systems under one award. The first is a Thermo Scientific Vanquish Neo System or equal for the FDA Center for Veterinary Medicine, including all components/accessories, a 12-month warranty, and two days of on-site LC support, and it must be compatible with the Government-owned Thermo Fisher Scientific Orbitrap Exploris 240 mass spectrometer and associated ion-source/interface. The second is a Thermo Scientific Dionex ICS-6000 HPIC System or equal for the FDA National Forensic Chemistry Center, including required components, supplies, accessories, installation/start-up, and on-site analyst familiarization/training. The Vanquish Neo System will be delivered to Laurel, Maryland, and the ion chromatography system to Cincinnati, Ohio. This unrestricted acquisition uses NAICS 334516 and will be awarded via Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, requiring sufficient technical documentation for both systems and itemized pricing that identifies manufacturer, make/model, part number(s), country of origin, and place of manufacture for each proposed end product.
