The purpose of this requirement is to acquire an Illumina MiSeq Silver Plan Preventative Maintenance one (1) year contract for an existing Illumina MiSeq sequencing instrument, S/N M04120, currently in use by FDA’s Office of Laboratory Operations and Applied Science (OLOAS). This includes a twelve (12) month base period and four (4) optional 12-month periods for continued maintenance coverage.
