The tools/system OCI requires shall include: body-wire, GPS tracking, Consensual Title 3 (T3) recording device/s, that are capable of functioning on cellular devices. The objective is to acquire the Callyo system of tools as specific in this statement of work. This solution will provide the OCI with a single unified system for cellular based investigative support.
