This amendment updates the requirement for the radiolabeled perfluorohexylethyl triethoxysilane and adds an option for vendors to provide tritium radiolabeled perfluorohexylethyl triethoxysilane instead of the carbon-14 radiolabeled chemical. The Sources Sought Notice is also extended and now closes at 2pm Central time on May 16,2024. See attached Sources Sought Notice (SSN) for carbon-14 radiolabeled perfluorodecalin (CAS # 306-94-5) and carbon-14 radiolabeled perfluorohexylethyl triethoxysilane (CAS # 51851-37-7).
