This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to negotiate and solicit with only one source, Steris Corporation, 5960 Heisley Road, Mentor, OH, 44060, for maintenance of Steris Autoclave Systems under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i).This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, any responsible offeror may submit a quote which will be given due consideration by the agency. (ii) This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 (iv) For purposes of this acquisition, the associated NAICS code is 561990. The small business size standard is $16.5M. This action is being solicited as a sole source (v) Line-Item Structure: The following is a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable) and should be reflected in the Offeror’s quote/proposal: Line Item 0001: Steris Maintenance Agreement – Base Year Line Item 0002: Steris Maintenance Agreement – Option 1 Line Item 0003: Steris Maintenance Agreement – Option 2 Line Item 0004: Steris Maintenance Agreement – Option 3 Line Item 0005: Steris Maintenance Agreement – Option 4 (vi) Specifications/Requirement: Requirement is for an annual maintenance agreement on two Steris Autoclave systems and associated services. The period of performance is 9/1/2024 to 8/31/2025 with four additional one year options. (vii) Delivery: Delivery is required by 1 September, 2024. Delivery shall be made to 6502 S. Archer Rd, Bedford Park, IL 60501. Acceptance shall be performed at the DESTINATION. The FOB point is DESTINATION.
