See attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of a Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX SRT, or equal instrument with a water bath and biosafety cabinet, plus four (4) option years of post-warranty maintenance. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. Only small businesses under the applicable NAICS may submit a quote. SBA has granted an individual class waiver of the non-manufacturer rule for this requirement. The effect of this waiver is to allow an otherwise qualified small businesses to supply the products of an other than small business manufacturer. However, this waiver of the NMR does not waive other legal requirements applicable to Government procurements, such as the Buy American Act.
