The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) consists of a 12-month base and four (4), 12-month options, anticipated to commence on September 30, 2024. The actual PoP will be determined at time of award. The objective of this Purchase Order is to procure Nationwide Ergonomic Consultative Services in support of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration(FDA), Office of Facilities Engineering and Mission Support (OFEMS), Employee Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) team. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
