FDA Office of Product Quality and Research require an interface to integrate our previously installed Seg-Flow S3 (Flownamics) and Ultivo LC-MS (Agilent). This system must integrate communications between both instruments and automatically coordinate in-process samples. Automatic sampling must be scheduled across multiple vessels and send in-process samples to our Agilent LC-MS for real-time analysis. This interface must be compatible with Seg-Flow S3, Ultivo LC-MS, and these instruments’ corresponding software. This interface shall include a sample interface kit (S3 Sample Dilution Module) to allow physical connection between the Seg-Flow S3 and Agilent Ultivo LC-MS via Sample Mod S3 or comparable module.
