Answer 1: Yes. This request for quotation (RFQ) is being solicited on an unrestricted basis (i.e., no small business set-aside). Question 2: I only want to bid on the GRINDING MEDIA, not the mill. Grinding media of different sizes (e.g., 0.2, 0.4, 0.8 mm diameter) Can this part be bid separately? How? Answer 2: No. Per solicitation term 3.7, quotes shall be for all the deliverables requested.
