Attachment 3 Column Q Base Year Unit Cost per Task Area sums the total number of hours. This should be the number of hours by LCAT multiplied by Row 6 LCAT Rates for earch LCAT. The formula in Row 14 has been updated to reflect hours/1920hrs=FTE. In Attachment 6 the LCATs in Column D have been removed and the column has been renamed Offeror Proposed LCATs. 6/8/2023 - Amendment 2 provides additional documents related to the solicitation and answers questions from offerors. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Digital Transformation (ODT), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) requires professional services which will supply the ODT/OIMT with subject matter experts to conduct Digital Strategy, Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis and Solution Accelerator activities to support the CTO, activities associated with digital transformation and business solution alignment that are given to the CTO by FDA leadership as priorities.
