This requirement was previously competed as part of the solicitation and award of blanket purchase agreement (BPA) awarded to Contract Government Services, LLC under Task Order (TO) #75F40123A00033/75F40123F19001 with a period of performance (POP) of one (1) Base Year and two (2) Option Years. After the exercise of the option year two (2) the funding for this TO was reduced due to larger office budget reductions as a result of Executive Order 14222, "Implementing the President's Department of Government Efficiency" Cost Efficiency Initiative. The impact of the reduction was to significantly reduce eDiscovery's support for FOI. To help the administration meet its transparency goals, the eDiscovery office has received funding to restore this level of effort.
