The State of Ohio and the State of Nevada will conduct inspections of retailers that sell regulated tobacco products to determine compliance with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), as amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act (TCA), and its implementing regulations found at 21 C.F.R. Part 1140. The contract will be for a twelve (12) month base period and three (3), twelve-month option years beginning FY23.
