PLEASE NOTE: This Acquisition falls under the Trade Agreements Act (FAR 52.225-5) and the solicitation DOES include FAR Provision: 52.225-6, Trade Agreements Certificate whereby offeror must certify where the end product is manufactured. There is also an instruction in the solicitation under 52.212-1 that states: " Buy American Act and Executive Order 14005 If applicable, respondent shall provide place (country) of product/service manufacture or performance and any other applicable information to enable review and analysis pertaining to the requirements under the Buy American Act and requirements relating to Executive Order 14005 entitled: “Ensuring the Future is Made in All of America by All of America’s Workers”, in the event that a nonavailability waiver request submitted through the Made in America Office (MIAO)’s Digital Waiver Portal is required." These notes and clauses are included so that offerors are fully aware that submitting the place of manufacture of the equipment is a requirement when responding to this solicitation.
