This is a notice of intent to extend the period of performance of contract number 75F40121C00032 and is not a request for competitive proposals. The statutory authority for this sole-source procurement in accordance with 13.501(a)(1)(ii) Sole source, including brand name, under Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. This acquisition is using this justification format, modified to reflect that the procedures in FAR subpart 13.5 in accordance with the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1903. The Food and Drug Administration intends to execute a modification to extend the period of performance on existing Firm-Fixed Price Contract , 75F40121C00032 by three (3) months to ensure continued support related to its nationwide evidence storage, transport and destruction requirements.
