The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Office of the Commissioner Office of Policy, Legislation and International Affairs, Office of Congressional Appropriations (OCA) intends to sole source CQ Roll Call Inc. for Congressional Quarterly (CQ) Roll Call Subscription from January 24, 2021 - January 23, 2022 for 10 licensed users with four 12 month option periods. The Congressional Quarterly (CQ) is a legislative resource that will provide the The U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Office of the Commissioner Office of Policy, Legislation and International Affairs, Office of Congressional Appropriations (OCA) access to numerous key legislative activities (legislative news, bill text/summaries and tracking, member biographies, hearing transcripts etc.). CQ is the only organization that offers customizable access, particularly through CQ Plus, to the legislative information and analysis that ONC needs. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same services may submit product information and a capabilities statement addressing their specific abilities regarding this requirement.
