Request for Proposals (RFP): Tobacco Retail Compliance Check Inspection Program Contracts for Indian Tribes Fiscal Year 2020 The Food and Drug Administration is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Indian Tribes for tobacco retail compliance check inspections. This action is in accordance with the Tobacco Control Act, Public Law 111-31, Section 103 (g) (2). These inspections will be conducted on Indian Tribal Land only. Please submit all questions regarding this RFP in writing no later than July 13, 2020. Please submit all proposals no later than August 10, 2020. Please ensure all correspondence regarding this RFP contains 75F40120R00026 in the subject line. This notice is issued to formally request proposals from Tribal Nations that can conduct tobacco compliance check inspection according to the RFP attached to this notice. Hard copies will be provided to individuals eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act and Rehabilitation Act upon request.
