The Government requires various laboratory gases on an “as needed” basis. Laboratory gases shall be contained in cylinders, liquefied laboratory gases contained in rolling dewars, and liquid gases contained in bulk storage tanks of Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Argon with gas fill-up service. The delivery and pick-up location will be in Cincinnati, Ohio. The anticipated period of performance is 3 years. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, documentation, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide the required laboratory gases and liquefied gases. The anticipated deliverables are listed in Attachment 1, based upon an approximate yearly usage. The deliverables shall be provided on an “as needed” basis as requested by the Government Technical Point of Contact. The capacity of Liquid Nitrogen Dewars may vary from what is listed below but should be approximately the same size. Liquid Nitrogen dewars that held 265 liters have previously been used. The approximate yearly usage in Attachment 1 is based on Liquid Nitrogen dewars that hold 230 liters. This is a source sought notice and is not a request for proposal.
