The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is RFQ- 75F40120Q00073 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334516. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order full and open competitive requirement. The Government reserves the right to award an order without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer is providing best value and discussions are not necessary. The U. S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a need for the procurement of an X-Clarity Tissue Clearing System which includes two components: a Polymerization Unit and an Electrophoretic Tissue Clearing Unit. The system will the testing of different tissue clearing methods in conjunction with neurotoxicity assessment.
