The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this acquisition is 75F4012Q00045 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is being issued in conjunction with FAR PART 13.106. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 541611. This requirement is Full and Open Competition. Prospective Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments.
