It also provides a copy of the requirments document. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to negotiate and solicit with only one source for Creighton University School of Medicine at 2500 California Plaza, Omaha, NE 6817-0002 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). This is not a request for competitive proposals, however, any responsible offeror may submit a quote which will be given due consideration by the agency. (i) This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (ii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 (iii) For purposes of this acquisition, the associated NAICS code is 541690. The small business size standard is $19.0 million dollars. This action is being solicited as a sole source. (iv) Line-Item Structure: The following is a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable) and should be reflected in the Offeror’s quote/proposal: Line Item 0001: CARBi - Genotype-Phenotype Project 2024-2025 Line Item 0002: 12-month option period Line Item 0003: 12-month option period (v) Specifications/Requirement: Evaluating the Association Between the Expression of ?-lactamase Enzymes and Other Proteins and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) in Gram-Negative Bacterial Pathogens. (vi) Delivery: One year from date of award with the inclusion of two 12-month option periods. All Deliverables shall be submitted through email to the TPOC along with the COR.
