This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-02 dated January 12th. (iv) For purposes of this acquisition, the associated NAICS code is 325120. The small business size standard is 1000 employees. This action is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. (vii) Delivery: Delivery is required on an as-needed basis required at most 4 times monthly, except in the case of liquid nitrogen and liquid argon, which may be requested and delivered within 24 hrs at any time.
