The solicitation number for this acquisition is 75F40123Q00097 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 611430, Description: Professional and Management Development Training. This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any amendments. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions if the Contracting Officer determines that the initial offer is providing the Best Value and discussions are not necessary. Attachment II is the solicitation document that includes the SF-18, Statement of Work, Clauses, Provisions and Quotation submittal information Attachment I is a Suggested Pricing Table that is requested butis not required for submittal of all pricing information that must be submmited in Volume III - Price/Business Quote All questions regarding the solicitation, of a contractual nature or technical nature, must be submitted in writing and sent via email to Michele.Jackson@fda.hhs.gov by 1:00 P.M., May 2, 2023, Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EDT). The Government may not consider any questions received after this date and time. All questions received and any amendments to this solicitation will be answered and posted on sam.gov. Contractors who are interested in this RFQ must submit their quote by May 22, 2023, no later than 1:00 P.M. EDT.
