CDC’s National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention intends to award a sole-source purchase order to the University of Pittsburgh’s Medicaid Outcomes Distributed Research Network (MODRN) for dissemination and maintenance of a Medicaid quality measure, performed in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The work covers a 12-month performance period, with one additional option period for quality measure maintenance only. MODRN is stated to be the only organization capable of performing all Evaluation of Hepatitis B and C (EHBC) dissemination and measure maintenance tasks due to its unique measure-specific knowledge and control of the measure code. No competitive solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov; only one solicitation will be issued to the identified entity.
