FY27-28 Pediatric Flu Vaccines
The CDC seeks to award contracts to manufacturers for the purchase of standard pediatric vaccines under the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. This program provides federally supported vaccines to eligible children, including those who are Medicaid-eligible, uninsured, American Indian/Alaska Native, or underinsured when receiving care at qualifying health centers. The contracts aim to secure vaccine prices below commercial market rates, while awardees may also purchase additional doses using state or local funds for non-eligible children. Offerors must be pediatric vaccine manufacturers as defined under the relevant federal statute, covering entities that manufacture, import, process, or distribute vaccines under their own label.
