The CDC, on behalf of NIOSH, requires commercial hardware consisting of one new Maptek SR3-CL Stationary LiDAR Scanner System and one new Maptek NS4 Stationary LiDAR Scanner System, including field controllers, vehicle mounts, underground lighting kits, transit cases, and accessories per the Statement of Work. This is being conducted as a commercial product procurement under FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis to Maptek Inc. dba KRJA Systems, Inc. under FAR 12.102 and FAR 6.103-1, supported by an approved Sole Source Justification. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration, though the Government’s determination not to compete based on responses is solely within its discretion.
