The CDC intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to CLARIVATE ANALYTICS for a Clarivate Endnote Software Site License. The government currently plans to negotiate with only this one source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All responses received by 3:30pm EST on April 1, 2026 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
