The CDC intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to CLARIVATE ANALYTICS for a Clarivate Endnote Software Site License. The government currently plans to negotiate with only this one source. Interested parties may submit a statement of interest or capability for consideration. Responses must be received by 3:30 PM EST on April 1, 2026.
