This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 75D30124Q78688 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The service agreement will provide various services to ensure quick and efficient repair of the DGHT/ILB ARV Laboratory’s two 6495B triple quadrupole LC-MS instruments. Virtual technical support staff are available to remotely diagnose and/or resolve issues in lieu of on-site visits when possible. Virtual support will facilitate quick and efficient repair by an Agilent certified service professional when an on-site visit is needed. The service agreement will include annual preventive maintenance and cover all onsite repair visits and genuine Agilent parts and consumables required for repair. for continuity and consistency with public health requirements and protocols.
