Amendment 0002 is added to extend quote due date to August 28, 2024 12:00 PM EDT and insert requirement for Offerors to state whether or not they are the manufacturer of the dry ice and/or liquid CO2 being supplied to the Government. If the Offeror is not the manufacturer of the dry ice and/or liquid CO2 being supplied, the Offeror shall state who their manufacturer(s) are and provide proof of their authorization /agreements from the manufacturer(s) to resell the dry ice and/or liquid CO2 to the Government. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will award a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price, technically acceptable. Offerors who do not quote the entire requirement or provide all information requested will be considered non-responsive and their quote will not be evaluated.
