The Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Parasitic Diseases Branch has a requirement for QuantStudio QS7ProDx 96 0.2mL block system. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Unlike most, the QS7ProDX QPCR system provides seven independent temperature zones for precise control over PCR optimization. VeriFlex™ Blocks on the QS7ProDX IVD QPCR System help deliver accurate temperatures across each zone that provide a better than-gradient approach to PCR test optimization. This unique function will benefit real time PCR assay development and validation. The QS7ProDX QPCR system is also specifically designed to meet the requirements of performing in a diagnostic laboratory with its inclusion of the SAE auditing feature that can track and restrict user activity, which is an FDA requirement for IVD testing, which is the end-user‘s environment.
