This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; price quotations are being requested. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). See the written RFQ Solicitation No.: 75D30123Q75959 to read and understand the requrement, terms and conditions. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-07. Quotes must be submitted by e-mail to Hoxhaj, Pellumbeshe, Contracting Officer, at kfx2@cdc.gov, not later than 4:00 PM EST on February 24, 2022. Any inquiries regarding this solicitation must be sent to Hoxhaj, Pellumbeshe, Contracting Officer, at kfx2@cdc.gov. Questions will be accepted not later than 4:00 PM EST on February 14, 2023. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply to this acquisition. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer.
