The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source time & materials contract to HeroDevs LLC. for up to 13 AngularJS Support Licenses for use by developers. This will be an annual support license contract that will have a base year plus up to two option years. The licenses will allow CDC to keep its AngularJS applications for eFSAP and eIPP running while long-term efforts are made to replace AngularJS in both system frameworks. HeroDevs LLC’s XLTS.dev AngularJS support is the only service that can meet CDC’s IT security requirements: Proprietary AngularJS framework version, Vulnerability remediation, SLA compliance, Browser breakage, and JQuery patches. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) and 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 541512 Computer Systems Design Services. The Product or Service Code is 7A21 – IT and Telecom – Business Application Software (Perpetual License Software). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations/responses received within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
