The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D0301-22-Q-75110 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order for supplies necessary to perform preventative maintenance on LN2 freezers for the CDC Biorepository. The vendor shall provide the following: 320 Replacement Inline Filters for Chart MVE Cryogenic Freezers (MVE 11648945); 570 Replacement Relief Valves - 50 PSI for Chart MVE Cryogenic Freezers (MVE 1810032); 640 Replacement Solenoid Valves for MVE Cryogenic Freezers (MVE 21040465) 60 Replacement Probes for all MVE cryogenic freezer controllers (MVE 20570663) 250 Replacement Purge / 3-way Valve Kits for ALL Chart MVE Cryogenic Freezers (MVE 13284954S) 100 Replacement Gas Bypass Temperature Sensors for Chart MVE Cryogenic Freezers (MVE 10713400) Please see attached solicitation and associated clauses in attached document for further details.
