This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is 75D30120Q72347. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Description of the services: The contractor shall provide software programming, engineering support, and expertise to modify the System for Enteric Disease Response Investigation and Coordination (SEDRIC) to incorporate additional functionality to investigate and response to enteric disease outbreaks. Please reference the attached solicitation document for quotation guidance, instructions to offerors, technical evaluation criteria, and pricing. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with the quotation.
