This contract is one of the many studies that CDC established as part of the COVID-19 response. In an effort to standardize data collection across various studies, the surveillance follow up for this contract began a little later than anticipated. As such, in order to finalize all the surveillance follow-ups for participants and provide enough time for data deliverables to be qualified and submitted, CDC is extending the period of performance through December 31, 2021, at no additional cost to the government.
