Under this contract, IQVIA provides CDC access to various pharmacy data. The need for data use keeps changing, especially under the current pandemic that is affecting the world, and so does CDC requirements need to change. This modification will include changes to existing deliverables with additional measures to the current statement of work. New deliverables include assess IQVIA’s sample of Opioid and Stimulants, in addition to providing existing deliverables in an alternative format and structure, including measures in the weekly reports to be projected to below-State level. This is an ongoing project building on data already purchased from IQVIA (previously known as IMS Health Incorporated) no other data source can be used to conduct the analyses; the data must be exactly comparable to our existing datasets. To the best of our knowledge, only IQVIA Government Solutions can satisfy this requirement. However, all responsible sources submiting a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, by 5/10/2021, will be considered by the CDC.
